  5. Then scale with people and tech
    Automate tasks. Hire support. Turn a manual process into a machine.
  6. Finally, delegate
    When it works, hand it off and move to the next level.

Why This Works So Well

When you spread yourself thin, you dilute your impact.
But when you go all in on one thing, you gain mastery.
And mastery creates momentum.
