The power of questions in a group setting

Hello everyone, the truth is there is something extraordinary about starting conversations with questions, especially when there are more than three people involved…

I’ve been part of and attended many personal and business development programs, and the most impactful ones have been when people ask questions and get answers…

The reason why this is so effective, it’s because we are limited to what we know, and even the questions that we may have come from the realm of knowing, meaning you have to know that you don’t know in order to ask that question…

But what about the things that we don’t know, that we don’t even know we know…

That right there is the sweet spot and is where breakthrough happens…

When you hear someone ask a question that you didn’t even think of, it opens up that conversation that can lead up to us asking the right questions and eventually having a breakthrough.

I am a firm believer that what I know will get me where I am at, but won’t get me where I want to go…
